The days remaining in our fantastical TFT#4 campaign have turned to hours (only 70 left to be precise.) It's been a wonderful month and now we've come to our mad dash to the finish. But we're not done yet!
In a whirlwind of support and enthusiasm, we've not only achieved our initial funding goal, but we've surged ahead and smashed 4 Stretch Goals, with a fifth oh so close! Every backer has also received a bundle of bonus Indie comic favorites, and your stash got a little larger this week with the addition of Clay Adams' Deadskins and Ben Morse's Scarlet Twilight. (thx Clay and Ben!) But we've got a big announcement...
When I was thinking of what final comic book I should include for all my backers as a bonus, there was one book that kept popping in my head - my favorite book of last year. So I contacted this creator and he so graciously agreed to join in on the Turner Family shenanigans. It's never been included as a bonus. Psyched! So if we surpass 200 backers or 7K in funding (both TFT records). I'll reveal my favorite comic of last year and EVERYONE will get a digital copy of the book!

Once again I'd like to highlight a few amazing projects I'm supporting right now, starting with my buddy Clay Adams. It's no secret Clay is my favorite creator on Kickstarter. Whether its absurd comedies like Deadskins, or Horror shows like Carmilla Unbound, Dreamquest, or Blazing Blade of Frankenstein, I'm always there on Day One picking up a fantastic new comic. Clay's back having cowritten a new western and it looks epic.

I finally got to meet Ben this past week on the podcast Explain Yourself (Ben's the new host). I had backed his book 3 years ago, and just caught up with the series on Zoop (another Crowdfunding platform where I officially made my first purchase). The art is vibrant and wonderful and the Twilight story just has so many twists, turns and surprises I cant wait to dive into the rest of the series. This project comes from the mind of Ben Lacy, another buddy of mine and creator of the cult hit Shark of War. Ben recently visited Israel and was inspired by his travels. Ancestors tell the story of how civilization was wiped from the earth in nuclear fire long ago. From the ashes of the destruction rose the Behemoths, giant creatures whose presence breathed life back into the land. The surviving people now live in tribes, worshiping the Behemoths as gods!"
TERRITORY Issue #4 - Picks up right after issue 3, introducing us to a new tribe, who follows the mighty Matl'iishqi across the land, conquering all who come before them just like the Behemoth they worship. The Greathorn tribe is easy pickings, still reeling in shock from what happened to their beloved "Great One." However they still have some fight left in them, and as their beliefs are challenged we see they won't go down so easily!
